If you contact us, your address and message are used only to answer your request. They are not used for profiling.
You may request deletion of an exchange by contacting us. The mobile app will explain its own data and consent choices before launch.
The web game may create an anonymous Supabase session and process the questions, answers and results needed to validate a game; no email is required for solo play. See the dedicated section below.
Web game: session data
When you start a game on play.footmasterquizz.com, Supabase may create an anonymous game session to secure the game and validate answers on the server. No email is required for solo play.
A technical session identifier, requested questions, answers and the result may be processed to run the game, prevent fraud and produce aggregated statistics. They are not used for advertising or profiling.
To request deletion of data linked to a session, email contact@footmasterquizz.com with enough information to locate the game.
Data processing, in plain words
- Controller
- The publisher's legal identity and address must be supplied before commercial launch. FootMasterDev is the project team name, not a substitute for those legal details. Contact: contact@footmasterquizz.com.
- Purposes
- Answering your messages, running the site, keeping it secure and meeting our legal duties. Nothing else.
- Legal bases
- Legitimate interest for security and replying to you; legal obligation for retention imposed by law; consent for any future audience measurement, which does not exist today.
- Data involved
- The site asks for no account. If you write to us, your address and the content of your message. The host’s technical logs may contain an IP address for security purposes.
- Retention
- Messages: twelve months after the last reply. Security logs: six months at most. Data without a purpose is deleted.
- Recipients
- No resale or brokerage. Advertising partners may process identifiers only when the “personalised advertising” category is accepted; contextual spaces do not require that profiling.
- Transfers outside the EU
- Hosting may involve servers outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
- Automated decisions
- No fully automated decision producing legal effects, and no advertising profiling.
- Complaints
- You may lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority of your country of residence, for example the CNIL in France.
Your rights in Europe
Depending on your situation, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your data. You may also withdraw consent and complain to the competent data-protection authority.
To exercise a right, contact us with a clear request. We may reasonably verify your identity and will reply within the time required by applicable law.
