Mobile app privacy
Controller and contact
FootMaster publishes the app and is responsible for the data described here. Questions and data requests: contact@footmasterquizz.com.
Account and profile
Sign-in may transmit your email, the name provided by your sign-in service and an account identifier. Your username, catalogue avatar and profile information support game features. Country, favourite club and date of birth are optional profile information, not GPS location.
Games and friends
We process answers, results, progress, rankings, competition participation and in-game friendships. Your username, avatar and results may be visible to other players in the relevant rankings or competitions. The app does not read your phone’s address book.
Notifications and security
With notification permission, a technical push token, platform, language and time zone support delivery. Manage preferences in the app and system settings. Competitive modes may report technical events such as loss of focus or detection of a screenshot to protect game integrity; this mechanism does not upload your screen content.
In-app purchases
Apple or Google processes payments. FootMaster receives transaction and entitlement information to verify purchases, restore subscriptions and prevent fraud. This flow does not provide FootMaster with your payment card numbers.
Support and statistics
Support subjects and messages are used to handle your request. Gameplay and usage data may also support operational statistics and game improvements. These data may remain linked to your account and are not described as anonymous.
Providers and advertising
Supabase supports accounts and gameplay. Firebase and Apple/Google notification services support push delivery. Apple and Google support sign-in and purchases when you use those features. In the beta version, the Google Mobile Ads SDK runs in test mode with Google demo ad units; FootMaster commercial ad units are not used. Google says its Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share IP addresses (which may be used to estimate general location), app interactions (such as launches, taps and video views), diagnostic and performance data (such as launch time, hang rate and energy use), device or account identifiers, and advertising data such as ads viewed. This data may be used to serve and measure ads, for analytics, and for fraud prevention. On iOS, after the UMP choice, FootMaster asks for ATT permission before using the advertising identifier to measure ads across apps. If you decline, non-personalized ads remain available and the IDFA is not sent in the ad request. Commercial ads remain disabled until consent flows and privacy disclosures have been validated.
Retention and deletion
Account and progress data preserve access and game history. Support messages are used to handle and follow up requests. Transaction and security information may need to be retained to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud or meet an applicable obligation. Request an export or account deletion in app settings or contact us above. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription; manage it in your store account.
Your choices
You can edit available profile information and preferences, disable notifications and request access, correction or deletion of your data. On iOS, you can also change your tracking choice in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Contact us for a request or difficulty. The website’s other privacy pages separately describe the marketing website and web game.
